SUBJECTS OF STUDY PROGRAM

Studying subjects of this study program are (official length of study is 2 years):

1. Marketing and Project Management: Students focus on the practical nature of marketing and strategic management and are equipped with methodological skills in this field. Evaluation is conducted through assignments submitted to the study section.
2. Managerial Competencies and Leadership: Students can acquire the fundamental theoretical and practical knowledge in performing the role of the top manager. Students also learn about techniques of managerial work. Evaluation is conducted through assignments submitted to the study section.
3. Managerial Economics: Students can focus on complex managerial economics, practice the topics of property and capital structure of the company; costs, revenues and profits; financial management of the company; and investment schemes. Evaluation is conducted through assignments submitted to the study section.
4. Specialization Subject: Subject depending on the selected specialization, e.g., Management in Healthcare, or Digital Economy. Evaluation is conducted through assignments submitted to the study section.
5. Dissertation Thesis: Students focus on Research and final Thesis, and by the end of the course students submit their thesis for evaluation. Evaluation is conducted through two reviews from the Institution after final thesis is submitted to the study section.

GRADUATE PROFILE

Graduates of our MBA are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective performance as top managers across various sectors of the economy. This study emphasizes not only the acquisition of theoretical knowledge but also the ability to work independently with professionalism, utilize data sources effectively, deduce and formulate conclusions and opinions, apply theoretical knowledge to individual tasks, and generalize knowledge through case study analysis. Specifically, graduates gain expertise in management and control, economics, marketing, project management, and strategic management.

To complete our MBA, students must fulfil the study obligations as outlined in the Methodical Instruction for Study:

• Completion of the Five Core Courses: This core subjects are essential and consist of five modules: Marketing, Project Management, Managerial Competencies, Specialisation Subject, and Managerial Economics.
• Elaboration and Defense of the Final Thesis: Students select a thesis topic related to their field of study, which must be approved by the Institution. An assigned supervisor, typically an associate professor or professor from the Institution, will guide the student.

This study program has a standard duration of two years (24 months). The start date is flexible and aligns with the registration of the study application. The program is conducted in a distance learning (online) format.
